How to re-provision the Linksys / Cisco SPA2102, SPA3102, PAP2T:
1. Pick up the handset and dial ****. You will hear a voice prompt
2. Then dial 73738#. You will be prompted to confirm. Dial 1. You should hear "Option successful".
3. After the device is reset, Pick up the handset and dial ****. You will hear a voice prompt.
4. Then dial 7932#. You will be prompted to enter an option. Dial 1#. You will be prompted to save. Dial 1. You should hear "Value saved".
5. Then dial 110#. Note the IP address that is read back to you.
6. Open a web browser. Enter the following URL into your web browser,
(replacing the IP address with the appropriate address)
http://192.168.1.100/admin/resync?http://c-prov-01.conversant.co.nz/spa$PSN.cfg
7. SPA will resync the profile when it is not in use and reboot you can click HERE to return to the configuration page
Wait for 5 minutes and the device should be ready to go.
