To set up a Cisco / Linksys phone that we have created a provisioning file for, please do the following:
Connect the device

Connect the device to the power

Connect an ethernet cable to the WAN or SW port of the device and connect the device to your network

Ensure that there are no flashing red lights on the phone
Perform a factory reset on the device

Press the button on the phone that looks like a page with a folded over corner

Scroll down and select Factory Reset (on SPA525G select Device Administration > Factory Reset)

Wait approximately one minute for the device to reboot
Instruct the device to download the provisioning file from our server

Press the button on the phone that looks like a page with a folded over corner

Scroll down and select Network (on SPA525G select Status > Network Status)

Note the IP address

Open a web browser. Enter the following URL into your web browser, (replacing the IP address with the IP address noted above - i.e. the phone's IP address) http://192.168.1.100/admin/resync?http://c-prov-01.conversant.co.nz/spa$PSN.cfg
After a few reboots the phones will be setup and ready. To confirm this:

Pick up the handset and you should hear a dialtone
