To set up a Cisco / Linksys ATA that we have created a provisioning file for, please do the following:
Connect the device

Connect the device to the power

Connect an ethernet cable to the Internet port of the device and connect the device to your network

Plug a telephone into the phone port of the device

Ensure that the power light on the device is lit steady green
Perform a factory reset on the device (not required for a new device)

Pick up the phone and dial ****. Note that you may not hear a dialtone; this is normal.

At the prompt press 73738#

Press 1 to confirm
-
Hang up the phone
-
Wait approximately one minute for the device to reboot
Ensure that the device's web interface is accessible (not required for SPA301 or SPA901)

Pick up the phone and dial ****. Note that you may not hear a dialtone; this is normal.

At the prompt press 7932#

Press 1#

Press 1 to confirm

Hang up the phone
Instruct the device to download the provisioning file from our server

Pick up the phone and dial ****. Note that you may not hear a dialtone; this is normal.

At the prompt press 110#
-
Note the IP address that is read back

Hang up the phone

Open a web browser. Enter the following URL into your web browser, (replacing the IP address with the appropriate address) http://192.168.1.100/admin/resync?http://c-prov-01.conversant.co.nz/spa$PSN.cfg

Click Submit All Settings
After a few reboots the phones will be setup and ready. To confirm this:

Check that the phone light on the device is lit steady green

Pick up the handset and you should hear a dialtone
