How to set up logging on your Cisco phone

To set up debugging on the phone:

Press the button on the phone that looks like a page with a folded over corner
Scroll down and select network
Note the IP address
Open a web browser. Enter the following URL into your web browser, (replacing the IP address with the appropriate address) http://192.168.1.100/admin/advanced
You may be prompted for a username and password. Please contact Conversant for the details.
Click on the System tab. Enter the following details:
- Syslog server: IP address of the machine on which the syslog software is running
- Debug server: IP address of the machine on which the syslog software is running
- Debug level: 3
Click on the Ext 1 tab. Enter the following details:
- SIP Debug Option: Full
Click the Submit All Changes button
