C-Store Tutorial

This tutorial will take you through the basic set up of your C-Store back up service.

Step 1:

Download the relevant program file for your system:

Windows:

32 Bit

64 Bit

Mac:

Mac

Linux:

32 Bit

64 Bit

Once downloaded select Run and the following screen will appear.

Step 2:

Select Next, this will bring up the following screen:

 You will need to insert the following into the fields in the above screen shot:

Domain: Conversant will supply you with this.     

User name: Conversant will supply you with this.  

Password: Conversant will supply you with this.  

Step: 3

Select Next, the following screen will appear:

Under the Heading "How do you want to use My Secure Backup?" Selet the bottom option "Configure My Secure Backup for both Automatic Backup and as a Network Drive"

Step: 4

Select Next, the following screen will appear:

The Bucket is a self contained collection of files and folders protected by a password.

You will need to insert a password in the field.

Bucket Password: This will be supplied to you by conversant

Step: 5

Select Next, the following screen will appear:

You will need to select the Backup Schedule you require by selecting from the following fields

Automatically backup my files every: We suggest daily

at: We suggest a time in the evening after your general business hours

When a scheduled backup time is missed: Select "backup at the next scheduled time".

Step: 6

Select Next, the following screen will appear:

In this screen you will select which files and folders you want the system to back up

Step 7:

Select Next, the following screen will appear:

Select Finish and your done!
