Firmware

Please note that for automatic provisioning to work on Yealink phones, the firmware may need to be updated. Ensure that your respective device is running the correct firmware as below

 

 

Next, factory reset the phone by pressing and holding OK for 10 seconds.

 

The next step is to log into the phones web interface:

  • Press the OK button on the phone
  • Note the IP address
  • Enter this IP address into the URL bar of a web browser
  • The username and password will both be admin

 

Then, update the firmware if needed:

  • To do this navigate to Settings -> Upgrade
  • Upload the file as per the above links, then select upgrade

 

Once this is done, select the Upgrade tab and then select Advanced (or see below if Upgrade is not available):

Under the Provisioning Server or Manually update server address field enter the provisioning link as below (if unsure, please contact support):

 

  • For C-Vox customers:

  • For C-Lite 2.0 customers:

http://c-prov-02.conversant.co.nz/$MA.cfg

  • For C-Lite 2.0 Australian customers:

http://c-prov-03.conversant.co.nz/$MA.cfg

  • Select confirm
  • Once confirm is selected, you will be returned to the original screen
  • Select auto-provision now
  • Select confirm
  • Once it is loaded and displays as connected, the phone has been successfully provisioned.

 

If the Upgrade tab does not appear:

  • Select the settings tab then select Auto Provision from the left hand side
  • Under Server URL enter the provisioning link as below(if unsure, please contact support)

 

  • For C-Vox customers:

  • For C-Lite 2.0 customers:

  • Select confirm
  • Once confirm is selected, you will be returned to the original screen
  • Select auto-provision now
  • Select confirm
  • Once it is loaded and displays as connected, the phone has been successfully provisioned.


  • Press the signal button in the middle of the base station
  • This will page the handset. Note down the IP address displayed
  • Enter the IP address into your browsers web address bar
  • Enter admin as both username and password

Once logged in:

  • Select phone > auto provision
  • Enter the provisioning link as below into the Server URL (if unsure, please contact support):
  • For C-Vox customers:

  • For C-Lite 2.0 customers:

http://c-prov-02.conversant.co.nz/$MA.cfg

  • Select confirm and the auto-provision

Once this is done, select the Account tab and account 1 from the drop down menu.

 

Basic fields are as below:

  • Account Active: On
  • Label: Extension Number
  • Display Name: Extension Number
  • Register Name: username as supplied by Conversant
  • Username: username as supplied by Conversant
  • Password: password as supplied by Conversant
  • SIP Server: Domain/Proxy as supplied by Conversant
  • Voicemail: *97
  • Login Expire: 360

 

Advanced fields are as below:

  • Direct Call Pickup Code: *8
  • Out Dialog BLF: Enabled

To set-up BLF for extensions on the sidebar, log into the web interface of the phone. Enter the Phone tab, in the DSS Keys section scroll to Memory Keys and use fields below:

  • Type: BLF
  • Value: Extension number for BLF
  • Line: Line 1
  • Extension: Extension number for BLF

 

It is also necessary to configure one of the buttons as a one-touch answer for any phones you see ringing via BLF:

  • Type: Direct Pickup
  • Value: *8
  • Line: Line 1

 

Still in the DSS Keys section, but under Line Keys:

  • Type: Line
  • Line: Line 1
