What is VoIP?

VoIP (or Voice over Internet Protocol) is a great new way to make and receive phone calls using your broadband Internet connection instead of your standard phone line. Conversant converts your phone calls into data that zips through your high-speed Internet connection just like email. It comes out the other end just like a regular phone call. What is business VoIP?

A business VoIP solution like Conversant’s C-Vox virtual phone system is the same as residential VoIP except that business VoIP includes a PABX and offers many more advanced features like desk to desk calling, automated attendant, managing extensions, music on hold, find me - follow me, conference calling and much more.
