Conversant Limited, having its offices at Level One, 83-85 Victoria Rd, Devonport, North Shore City, New Zealand (the Company), is collecting and will hold information about the party making the referral (Associate) and the person or entity about whom this referral is made (Referred Party) for the purposes of developing and maintaining customer relationships and customer referral relationships, marketing and promotion and provision of goods and services, credit assessment and control and debt recovery purposes (as applicable) and generally to do business with the Company. The Company may not be able to establish or maintain such customer relationships or customer referral relationships, or provide such goods and services, if all the requested information is not provided. Information (including default information) may from time to time be disclosed to, and collected from, credit reporting agencies, debt collection agencies, third parties involved in the service provision, and related parties of the Company for the purposes listed above. Information disclosed to credit reporting agencies (including default information) will be held by each agency on its system, accessed by the customers of the credit reporting database and used to provide its credit reporting services (including the maintenance of credit information files and supplying the information to other customers of the relevant credit reporting agency). By completing this Referral Form, the Associate consents, and consents on behalf of the Referred Party, to the Company sending the Associate and/or the Referral Party commercial electronic messages from the Company for any of the purposes set out in the privacy statement above.
