How to provide us with Syslog server details

A syslog server is a program that records communications that the syslog client sends to it. This is very useful for troubleshooting certain types of problems.

  1. Download the attached file slogsrv.exe
  2. Run the program.
  3. If prompted by Windows Firewall, please ensure you allow network access
  4. The Syslog program will create a log file (syslog.514.log) in the same directory in which slogsrv.exe is saved.
